How to get your files

Once your payment goes through, your access is instant.
Click "Download"
You'll see a download button right on your order confirmation page.
Check your email
We also send your download links by email, so you can come back to them anytime.
💡 Your download links have no limit. You can download your files again whenever you need.
How to open and save them
iPhone & iPad
Tap the download link, open the PDF, then tap the Share icon and choose Save to Files or Books. You'll find it there anytime, even offline.
Android
Tap the download link. The PDF is saved in your Downloads folder. Open it with any PDF reader or Google Drive.
Computer
Click the download link. The file goes to your Downloads folder. Open it with any browser or PDF reader, and print the pages you need.
Having trouble?
I didn't receive the download email
Check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders. Also make sure the email address you used at checkout is correct. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll send it again.
The download link doesn't open
Try opening the link in a different browser (Safari, Chrome), or copy and paste it directly into your browser instead of opening it inside your email app. A stable Wi-Fi connection also helps.
The file won't open on my phone
Make sure the download has fully finished, then open it from your Files or Downloads folder. If needed, install a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
I lost my files or changed my phone
No problem. Open your original download email and download them again, or contact us with your order number and we'll resend your links.
