We want Nurava to bring you real calm. If you get Nurava, apply the system, and feel it gave you no peace of mind, or you don't feel food became easier and lighter on your mind, just tell us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no discussion, no embarrassment.

How to request a refund
1. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase through our Contact page or by email at nuravaa.support@gmail.com.
2. Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
3. We'll confirm your refund, usually within 2 business days.

When you'll receive your refund
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Digital products
Nurava products are digital files (PDFs) delivered instantly after purchase. Because they can't be returned, our 7-day guarantee is how we make sure you're never at risk. After a refund, access to your download links will be removed, and we kindly ask that you delete any copies of the files.

After 7 days
Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase are not eligible, except where required by applicable law. If you have a problem with your files, such as a download that won't open, contact us anytime and we'll help.
